Oops!
Choose your topping - morning rolls with poppy seed, white flour, malted rye grains, and shards of glass. 
When I asked the B&B guests what they wanted for breakfast they said they were really looking forward to the rolls, then the oven door glass exploded.
Not a good way to start the day, but it showed me how reliant I am on my oven, so now we have a backup.
